Cant play ANY game/returns to ea app after starting

Hi!, so not very recently but for a year, i havent been able to play any EA games because whenever i try to start a game, it starts, doesnt show in my taskbar or truly launch, and goes back to the EA app, i have tried every thing inn the book and i mean EVERYTHING, uninstalling mods, reset both EA app and game files reinstalling EA and full deleting it from my system, nothing has worked, this has been an issue since about 2 years ago and i have not been able to play any EA game since. I cant get a refund cs i have had the games for too long, is there anything someone can help me do?? and there is no error code
