DLCs download bug

Hello,

I recently redeemed codes for the Life and Death and Enchanted by Nature DLCs for The Sims 4. They show up in my add-ons list, but they are not marked as installed and I cannot get them to start downloading. I opened a case about this and spoke to several people in live chat support, but I keep getting transferred to others, I have to repeat the issue everytime and nobody has given me any useful information. 

I've already tried clearing the EA App cache, reinstalling the ea app, reinstalling the whole game, running it as administrator, logging in and out, restarting my pc, running the game.. nothing helps.

I paid for these DLCs and it is very frustrating that I cannot download them and get proper help..
