Summarize your bug The installer starts up normally but then as it's downloading it stops and says there is an error and shows the error code. I've tried so many times to download it in various ways and after doing various things that should help but nothing has worked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure since I don't even know why it's happening to me.
What happens when the bug occurs? The installer shuts off and won't continue the download.
What do you expect to see? A normal download so I am able to continue playing my video games.

I have literally done so much to try and fix this from happening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app installer, clean booted my laptop, restarted my laptop normally, and updated the host files in my windows. All of those things said they would help but I still get the error code. I contacted EA support but the lady I talked to was so unhelpful and just suggested I try everything I already tried before telling me she would submit it as a case (and not explaining that process or what it meant for me). I literally want to scream this is so frustrating and honestly EA has one of the worst support systems I have ever worked with. Any time I've had a problem with any other game their support jumped right on it and helped me fix the problem. I'm not sure if my computer is some sort of anomaly or what because I have had the EA app installed before and it worked wonderfully but for some reason this time it just won't download.
