I'm having an issue where I can't get any of my games to launch at all on my EA App. I've googled the issue and haven't come up with anything that helps. I've tried deleting the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, uninstalling and reinstalling each game, running them as admin, and restarting my PC. Nothing has been working. Each time I try to launch the games, it gets stuck on "Launching game..."
same here my friend, the only game I can run right now is FC25 (steam), the rest like BF3, BF4, older titles like FIFA 12, 13 can't even run :((, just a forever small window "Launching Game.." but nothing happened
I have the same problem. I can't log in no matter how hard I try. I tried offline and it worked for me, but I want online and it doesn't work.
I don't know how long this issue has been around because I only played FC25 recently, but today I bought BF3 from steam for the collection, and I encountered this issue, I thought only BF3, turned out I couldn't run any EA game except FC25
same here no play button is showing on fc 25 even though i purchased from steam and linked with ea app was 70 hrs in game now suddenly no play button

If you own the game through Steam or Epic, please make sure to launch it via the respective launcher rather than the EA app.

The issue was still persisting for me after the resolved notice came out. Someone in another thread suggested a fix: disable the EA App extension in the Xbox App (see screenshot), restart the Xbox App, then enable the EA App extension again and try launching an EA game. Toggling the extension worked for me.
My FIFA 11, 12, 13, 14 couldn't even run by clicking Play on EA App, please fix the software

These games are ones I have only on the EA App. Not through Epic or Steam at all.
