ea app inst-14-1603 error

Looking for some guidance as i've tried everything to get the app to install (c++, reboot, reinstall, clear temp, etc) but nothing has worked. I'm on windows 11 and my main game engine is steam if that helps.
Anything info is appretiated, thanks.
