Looking for some guidance as i've tried everything to get the app to install (c++, reboot, reinstall, clear temp, etc) but nothing has worked. I'm on windows 11 and my main game engine is steam if that helps.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you’re launching the game through Steam, it then tries to open the EA App, and that’s when you get the error message, right?
