Hey 12354mia let's try a few things here!
- Try with an app recovery, then log out and log back in. See if the error persists.
- Try uninstalling and installing the EA app again.

See below:
- Log in to your EA account in your web browser:
- Click on THIS LINK to bring you directly to the right page.
- Alternatively, you can go to https://profile.ea.com & log in, followed by going to the "Security" section.
- Untrust the Affected PC:
- At the bottom of the Security page, find "Trusted Devices."
- Remove the trust for the affected PC.
- Log in to the EA app again:
- Upon your next login, you will be prompted for your Authentication Code if you have set up 2-factor authentication (which is strongly recommended). Click HERE to find out more.
- This should ensure that your password and credentials are saved for future logins.
- If you have not enabled 2-factor authentication, simply enter your user credentials, and they should be saved for future logins.
