Hi Darius_5847 ,
Thanks for sending the Report ID and the additional details. I was able to get some more information on EC:10007.
The code indicates that the EA app session is being forcibly disconnected, which is consistent with the message you're seeing about the account being logged in on another device.
One possibility we're looking at is another PC where the EA app is still signed into the same account. For example, if the EA app starts automatically or relaunches after an update on another machine and signs back in, that new session could disconnect the session on the PC you're actively playing on.
Could you check whether your EA Account is currently signed into the EA app on any other Windows or Mac computers, including PCs you may not use regularly?
If so, please sign out of the EA app on those systems and, for testing, disable the EA app from starting automatically on them. Then see whether EC:10007 occurs again while playing on your main PC.
I have the Error Report ID F927c6f6-a1d8-42e5-8059-8558d0f99762 from the August 16 occurrence as well, so there's no need to resubmit that one.
This doesn't yet establish that another device is definitely responsible, but it gives us a much more specific direction than a general connection issue, particularly since Steam remained online while the EA app itself switched to Offline Mode.
