Hi, I solved this issue yesterday.
Can't launch games, instantly closes back to EA app with no error
Please remove or disable the following three audio drivers:
1.Voicemod
2.Realtek HD Audio Universal Service
3.Nahimic2
These audio drivers can conflict with the EA App.
Just downloaded the EA app on a brand new Windows 11 gaming laptop as I was interested in a couple of games. The app doesn't work and I'm definitely not spending time trying technical workarounds just to get a basic app to work so will uninstall it and try something non-EA! Maybe I'll give it another try in a few months to see if a company the size of EA have finally worked out how to build an app that actually opens .... !!!
