EA games are not showing up in the EA App Library bought on Steam

I have been waiting for my redemption code, which was advertised if F1 25 Iconic Edition was pre-purchased, which I did, but I have never received it. I've contacted Steam directly and although they attempted to help out, seems they just don't know what to do because they have asked me to contact EA about this, but I cannot find a direct way to contact EA help, just help topics or suggestions, not actual help. I have a feeling it has something to do with the EA App since only one EA game appears and not my F1 23 and F1 25 games. All I want is my redemption code for the F1 TV Pro Month. Please help, thanks!
