EA games crash and return me to EA app shortly after launch.

Basically, what the title says.
I have 4 games on steam that connect to EA, and only one works [Battlefront II]

These games take me to the splash screen, before shortly crashing and returning me to the app.
I've tried clearing cache, new accounts, changing windows settings and sfc scans.
Nothing works.

I have a theory that it's related to the splash screen since the only difference between the other 3 games I have to Battlefront II is that Battlefront II does not have a splashscreen and it loads fine.

Help would be appreciated.
