Persistent "INST-14-1638" Error When Installing EA App – Ongoing for Over a Year

Hi,
I've been struggling with the "INST-14-1638" error every time I try to install or launch the EA App. This issue has been ongoing for over a year now. I searched the internet and forums, but couldn’t find any helpful solutions. It’s really frustrating, especially since my previous bug reports may have been flagged as spam and seemingly ignored. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or fixes would be greatly appreciated.
