Could you please share a DxDiag report of your system and the EA app logs by any chance?
Also, could it be that you have edited/manually configured your Windows install via any external tools by any chance?

And no, I didn't change anything to my Windows with external tools, I only run Windows Update when needed.
I can't share the .zip file... I dont' know why... the forum didn't register it
