EAappが起動しない
steamでEAのゲームを複数持っていますが、起動しようとするとPreparingGameと表示され、EAappが起動しようとしますが勝手にappが落ちてしまいます。EAに問い合わせても何も解決せず、steamで購入したEAのゲームは何一つできない状態。EAapp単体で起動しようとしても勝手に中断されてログイン画面すら出てこない状態
