could you also temporarily try using a different connection, like 5G or an alternative? If you can log in using a different network, it might help isolate the cause of the problems.
In the meantime, I recommend you try reinstalling the EA App, clearing the cache, and checking the network adapters to disable internal network adapters you are not using, which might be causing interference.
This error seems to be related to the connection configuration. I'll also leave our guide here to check the network; you can find additional steps to try, like changing the DNS to Google's or OpenDNS altogether, and using an Ethernet cable.
