'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

Since two weeks im not able to play any EA App games anymore. No matter which game or account. 

I tried everything possible to solve this. But its simpy not working. The reason could be an EA App Update or an Windows Update. 

If anyone had the same problem in the last days or weeks, i would like to know the solution. 

If there is no solution i want EA to solve this issue ASAP!!!
