'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder...

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Cleared app cache, secure boot is enabled. The game gets passed the anti-cheat, then a black screen, then this error message. Any advice would be welcomed.

I have opened a ticket and posted in two forums, but haven't received any response on if help is coming. I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to me for some guidance and help. Still happening after all troubleshooting steps followed.
