Seasons issue

I am reporting a total loss of progress in the Seasons game mode on PS5.

As of today, my entire match history has been wiped, and I have been reset to Division 10 (0-0-0 record). I was previously in 1 and have several games recorded.

I attempted to contact EA Help directly, but the support website is currently bugged—the 'PS5' platform button is unselectable after selecting FC 26, so I cannot open a case.
