I am having a hard time with the new Sims 4 update. The updater gets stuck at 1 %. It then gives a message that the EA app could not connect to the internet. I have cleared the cache several times to no avail. What else can I try?
I have been trying to update sims4 for a few days but it keeps giving me a warning that the application could not connect to the internet and it gets stuck at 1%. What should I do? (I use a Mac)
I have never had this issue before, but despite my fast and working internet ea app keeps saying that I cannot download the most recent update or download businesses and hobbies due to no internet connection? Is anyone else having this issue? I already cleared the ea app cache with no luck, as well as completely deleting and redownloading the whole app. Is there a way to fix this issue?
My EA app won't let me update my Sims 4. I have tried contacting costumer support twice, but they couldn't help me. It is stuck on 2% and then says I don't have any internet connection, even though everything else works on the app with internet (i.e. I could buy new packs). This has been going on for about a month now.
Im sadly having the same issue and when i launch the game it turns black after a few seconnds loading!
I cannot get pass 2% download I have repaired game, I have cleared caches (in EA App), I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, nothing helps, and I paid for the kit. I am on MacBook Air. I keep getting this message (and I am connected, and the EA server is fine):

I am using a Macbok Air with M2 chip and I tried to download the Sims 4 application from the Steam application, but it was not installed. Since there is no Mac version, I tried to download and install the EA application. I press the download button and it says 2% full, but every time it is 00.0gb, the download is canceled saying there is an internet connection problem and it says get support. EA bot did not help. I sent a message to EAHelp user from the X platform, but no one responded. There is no reason why Sims 4 should not be downloaded, but it is not downloading, can you help?
Hello EA, when I tried downloading the sims 4 this past few days. It would give me a pop that said "No internet connection" Even though my wifi is running smoothly, I've seen a bunch of complaints from past simmers that you cannot repair your own application. I've tried to prepare my self that still will happen, but still the amount of people that work for your game it seems like I'm out of luck. It's just a game and I know it is, but please just fix your app I swear. I've redownloaded it multiple times and still would not budge - So if you decline this, I'm not even shocked, I'm on a Mac and a person on a budget. God forbid let me have entertainment or at least some freedom.
Sims 4 keeps failing also app keeps saying can't connect reinstall and lasts for 20 mins then it's the same even though connected
I have been having this problem for a month now I have tried everything!!. I looked at players with the same issues but nothing worked. Please help me to get back to playing. I’m am not tech savvy so it’s been really hard to understand some of answers to my issues and I don’t want to delete or mess up anything . I don’t even have the option to repair the game. I took out my mods folder as well but it’s the same issue with the installation process just stopping at 3%. I even tried to change the speed rate but nothing again. Please help me
