Games not opening on EA app

When I try to open my games on Ea I receive a series of errors. I tried some games FIFA 23, FIFA 22, Apex Legends, Dragon Age inquisition. When opening FIFA 23 the anti-cheat logo appears and a blue bar starts changing, when it reaches the end a message shows saying that the origin is not installed(image attached), FIFA 22 the ea app minimizes as is normal but opens right away saying that the game couldn’t connect to the app, Both Dragon Age and Apex the error that shows is saying that the game is already open but he isn’t. I contacted the ea support, they told me first to clear the cache on the app and then restart the PC, I tried that didn’t work, than contacted again and they told me to uninstall the games, then clear the cache from the app and uninstall I too, then install the app and the games again, nothing works, so I tried a third time and they told me that was probably a bug. Does anyone have the same errors?
