Games not showing up
I just recently bought the sims 25th birthday bundle and when I go to my ea library to download the games it’s not there I’ve restarted the app, logged out and even reinstall the app. Can you please tell me how to fix it

How did you solve this? I just bought the bundle and there are no games in my library
That didnt work for me either. I restarted, clean cached, fresh install, prayed to Jesus, Prayed to SIMS Winter Santa and nothing. I am just finally getting my free like add kits for SIMS 4 but nothing else. Also when I click the bundle in the EA App it takes me to SIMS City that isn't currently out.
I have the same problem, when I log in to EA APP the game isn't there I can't install it, when I log to my account the game is purchased (I even have an email confirmation).
