HELP. No Verification Code?

For over a few months I've been unable to access my main EA Account. 
The issue being that whatever I do, no verification code gets sent to my email. The issue lies on that email exclusively since I received a mail when creating this account so that I could write this post.

I couldn't get in contact with support via mail as I suspect that their response was sent via the same address that sends the verification codes and talking via chat netted me some agent who barely wrote knew English and couldn't help as I didn't remember all the precise information from when the account was created. 

Wondering if it is possible to receive the verification code from another mail address as I suspect that is the main issue. Either that or the automatic code sending process has some issue with Yahoo mail.
