HELP PLEASE. PLANTS VS ZOMBIES GOTY WON'T OPEN

Question

I bought Plants vs Zombies Game of the year edition on 1 August 2024 and have had no issues up until now. The last time I played it was 1 January 2025. Yesterday, I tried to open the app but it says the game can't activate for some reason. It gives me an option to enter the product key but everytime I click on it, it says that my computer is offline when my connection/wifi is PERFECTLY fine and the EA app shows I'm online too. I'm extremely upset about this and hope EA will help and fix this issue.

I just ran into the exact same issue. Hopefully, we can both get this resolved soon. I would love to play the game again. I haven't since March 2023.&nbsp;

Since March 2023 ? That's terrible. They need to sort this out because this is a waste of our money. If they can't make it work then I want a refund and rather buy the game on Steam instead.

I haven't opened the game and played it since March 2023, so I don't know if this issue would have popped up before the other day. Crazy stuff between then and now. But yeah, I hope they sort this out as well. I just want to play.&nbsp;

Someone from ea helped me and my game is opening now. You have to go on the live support on ea and open a case to chat with someone that can help you
