Horse Ranch failed payment

Hello I have the issue that it says that the order failed. But when I look at my bankaccount, I payed for it. 

How can I fix that? I'm not going to pay for it twice but I really want to play the game. I've already send 2 emails the ea help but they don't reply. I included the files of the failure and from my bankaccount that I really payed it. 

What can I do now to get a code or the game set to my account? I would like to play the game today.

    If the payment is showing as failed, that means we didn't receive the funds for this transaction, which is why the pack isn't available on your account. 

    However, if your bank account has been charged for this failed transaction, you'll need to reach out to your bank so they can look into this further with you to see why you were charged on their side.

  • mine is saying processing and i want to know when its going to finish processing as its not a problem on my end nor my bank end its on your end

  • go to your Ea customer portal go to billing click cancel should show up in the EA app able to buy this is the only way to fix it EA NOT gonna get in contact with anyone
