Additionally, if you are on a Windows PC and you can't open the app itself to go through the App Recovery process, you can find the shortcut for it in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop. - twinkles211 year agoNew Traveler
Hi There, Thanks for the reply @EA_Leeuw . I followed the directions and cleared the cache. When the EA app opened after, my installed games were not listed as 'installed' anymore. So, I rebooted and when it opened the EA app again, it was asking to accept the T&C again.

I've not heard anything further, but I thought I would provide another update. Just now I've turned on my PC and when the EA app opened, it prompted for my login information again. Once the EA App opened, it's once again not registering that I have some games installed. Specifically The Sims 4. I've attached screenshots of both. I'm going to reboot my PC and see if it again prompts to accept the T&C like yesterday.

I followed those instructions and downloaded the client and ran the repair. After the app opened, The sims 4 showed as installed but both Sims 3 and Mass Effect Legendary were showing as no longer installed (screenshot attached). I rebooted the PC, and once the EA app opened it asked to accept the T&C again. I've attached that screenshot as well, and included the computer time for clarity.

I just fully uninstalled the EA app and reinstalled it and on reboot it's asking me to accept the T&C still.

Same to me, formatted ssd and clean install of windows and EA app.
The problem looks like this :
1) I open the client and I have to accept the new terms;
2 ) exit from client ;
3) I launch the client and the app forgets the login
4 ) I enter the data with the tick on "remember login";
5 ) I exit the client;
6 ) I launch the client and have to accept the new terms;
5 ) I exit the client, return, and the app forgets the login
6 ) endless loop......
P.S. : the only time the app remembers the login is when I have to accept the new terms.

@twinkles21 @ILManzo, could you both try to make a new fresh Windows Administrator account and see if it happens on that account as well, or if it is only happening to you on your usual Windows account?

Hi @EA_Leeuw I created the new admin acct and attached screens. It is the same cycle. I logged in to the EA app on the new admin acct with my credentials, it loaded normally. I closed the EA app, when re-opened, it asks to accept the T&C again. I accept the T&C and close the EA app. When I reopen it again, it prompts for my credentials, *repeat cycle*
