I don't see the game in my EA App library

For tech support === Case #212457060

I bought the game and activated key in Origin client about 4 years ago.

The game library with this INSTALLED Game has moved from Origin client to EA App successfully.

After I changed Windows 10 to Windows 11 EA App says that i don't have key for this game anymore and i don't see exactly THIS VERSION OF GAME with THIS KEY in my EA App library anymore.

WTF???

Can you fix it?
