Someone please help. I cant play sims and id really like to. Every time I try to open up the EA app or open up sims 4 It gives me this message.
Ive restarted my computer and have checked my internet and I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and still nothing. I just want to play my game.
I am also having this issue tonight. Tried flushing DNS and re-installing along with restarting my connection and nothing.
I have the same issue.
Location, Florida, Internet Provider AT&T.Same issue here and performed the same steps as SpokenRevenge with no success.
Maybe issue with server. I'm also with AT&T in Florida

I also have AT&T in florida and am experiencing this same issue. I just wanna play sims4.. I updated my drivers, restarted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. Cant even run the EA app as administrator because the app just shows the same error code. When I search for the EA servers being down, it doesnt show anything but all the servers being online. It has to be something with EA though cause all my other game launchers are working perfectly.
I also have AT&T and am getting the same error. Tried flushing the dns, clearing cache, resetting winsock, and uninstalling and nothing has fixed the issue. Tried sending a report in the EA reporter app but also unable to connect to that.
