I have merged your thread into this one, please check out the pinned comment at the top of the thread and follow the instructions listed there so we can continue investigating this issue. If you have a McAfee extension, please try disabling that before restarting EA app as that seems to interfere at times. Thank you!

Hello EA_mplsnow, thank you for your help, but I do not have any MCAfee extension on my PC , I have some Norton Antivirus only .
