Hi,
I have had an ongoing issue with being able to open the EA App. Every time I open it I get EC:10005 and then another code EC:10015.
Here's what I've already tried:
Reinstalled EA App multiple times
Cleared caches and keychain entries
Flushed DNS and reset network settings
Tested under a new macOS user account
Tried the EA Error Reporter (It fails with the same error)
Despite all that, the app still won't launch. My internet connection is stable and other online apps work fine, so this doesn't appear to be a network issue.
Please could someone from the backend or community team please help?
Thanks in advance for any help- I just want to get back into Sims 4!
