[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online

Hi EA team,

I am experiencing the “Service Limitations Apply” error when trying to log into Apex Legends on PS4. I do NOT use a VPN and I'm located in [United States (PSN account region)]. This issue started right after the Apex Legends update on July 21.

My EA account is: Melodycougar  
My PlayStation ID: melody_cougar

Please note that a friend of mine on PS4 who had not played Apex Legends for 2+ years logged in recently and encountered the same issue. It seems this is not limited to PC or EA App.

As I'm on console, I don't have an EA App Error Reporter ID.
