Community ManagerI am writing to report an issue I am experiencing when trying to access your services. I am receiving the following error message: "Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply."
I am located in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. I believe this limitation is being applied by mistake, as my region may be incorrectly flagged. For clarity, Zaporizhzhia is a major city in Ukraine and is not part of Russia.
I was able to access the service without any problems from this same location during the Beta test, which suggests this is a recent issue.
Could you please investigate this location-based restriction and correct it? I look forward to using your services again soon.
