Multiple EA App Errors

I keep receiving errors from the EA app that it can't connect to the servers, login failed (EC:10005), and when I do get in I keep getting errors that it is unable to download/repair games when I attempt to. I have tried uninstalling all EA games and the app, restarting my router, clearing the cache, allowing EA through firewall, and running as administrator. None of these solutions are working. Everything else on my PC is working silky smooth, I can login to the EA website fine and post this, it is isolated to the EA app. I can't even submit an EA Error Report through the app!

Other solution: can I please transfer my BF6 to steam?
