I logged in a few hours ago and my library was fine, I even bought and downloaded a sims 4 expansion pack, now I just logged in and my whole library is empty, no games or dlc, has this happened to anyone else? and how do I get it all back?
I opened my EA app today and found that my sims 4 and my sims 2 ultimate collection are gone and
It says I have no games.
They were there last night as I that was the last time played the sims 2
I also noticed that about a week ago my shortcut for the sims 2 had disappeared from my desktop.
Can someone please help!
This has happened to me, my library is completely empty
Me to today no games listed , and friends list doesnt show any friends
I was playing the sims yesterday without any problem and now suddenly it's not in my library saying it's available only for windows
I started my pc , ea app started , no games in my list , doest show any of my games , as if i never had it
still not ok , past 10 minutes
i restarted my pc , restarted ea app , still the same , friendslist showed slowly after hiiting "retry" button several times .
did also have problem , not showing friends in friendlist
I have the same problem, It's telling me my sims 4 is available only on windows even when I was playing it without any problem yesterday.
Same for me, no games are displayed in the library and even when restarting the app "cannot connect to EA server"

I have the same problem. Try booting EA app in offline mode. For me the sims 4 appeared as playable and I could launch my game without anymore problems after that. I don’t know if it will work for anybody else but it worked for me.
