No EA Security Code, no advisor email, no My Cases access account recovery loop
Hi EA team,
I am currently locked out of my EA Account and I am also unable to access My Cases, so I have no working recovery path.
When I try to log in to my EA Account, EA says it sent a security code to the email address linked to my account. I do have access to that mailbox. I can see older EA Security Code emails from EA@e.ea.com in that inbox, and I also receive recent promotional emails from EA, so the mailbox is active and able to receive EA emails.
However, the current EA login security code never arrives.
I already checked Inbox, Junk, Spam, Other, Archive, Deleted Items, and all folders. I searched for EA, EA Security Code, Your EA Security Code, verification code, and EA@e.ea.com. I added EA@e.ea.com as a safe sender and contact. I opened older EA emails and allowed images and external content. I requested a resend and waited several minutes. I avoided requesting too many codes repeatedly. I also tried different browsers and devices.
After that, I opened an EA Help case. The website said that an advisor would email me, but I never received the advisor email or the confirmation email with the access key.
Because of that, I also cannot access My Cases. My Cases requires a case number and access key, but the access key is supposed to arrive by email, and that email never arrived either.
So I am stuck in a complete loop. I cannot log in to my EA Account because the security code does not arrive. I cannot update my email, add a secondary email, or change the verification method because I cannot log in. I opened an EA Help case, but I never received the advisor email. I cannot access My Cases because the access key email also never arrived. I have no way to continue the recovery process from my side.
Could an EA advisor or moderator please help route this to the correct account recovery team?
I can privately provide my case number, EA ID, linked platform account, original email address, screenshots, and purchase information to verify ownership.
What I need is help to recover access, add a secondary email or phone number, or route the verification codes to another email address.
For privacy reasons, I am not posting my full email address, security codes, or case number publicly, but I can provide them privately to EA support or a moderator if needed.
