REDEEM CODE on EA app is not working

Hello,

I cannot redeem a product by code. In EA app then I click on "REDEEM CODE" button it looks like the app is trying to start to load something but no field to enter the code etc shows up. therefore this feature is not working.

I have the same issue and "symptoms".

I decided to play around, ctrl+v my code in and press enter and it actually then started loading.... something... again but got stuck on the new loading screen until it gave me the bug: "We had some trouble processing your request... Try again a little later. [ref. #timeout]
It definitely seems like some sort of UI bug where it fails to show an overlay screen. Very sad that they are not allowing us to redeem our products by having a bug like this.

A fix for now: Go to your account EA Account page from here. (click on your username at the very top of the page). From there you can also redeem a code and that worked for me.

Hey, @StannCi570 @Gerdule try to clear the EA app cache and see how it works out.

Still doesn't work and I've also done it on clean system install and it didn't work either. This thing works fine in Origin client, but not in EA App client. I've tried EA App months ago and because I had this problem I couldn't redeem my game codes so I reverted back to Origin client. But today it forced me to update to EA App otherwise I couldn't even play any EA games. Not happy about it at all. Considering it works fine in Origin and not in EA App tells me the problem is not on our end...
Clicking "Redeem" button dims the interface and displays loading circle animation which then disappears, but EA App interface remains dimmed. If I press "ESC" key, dim effect goes away which makes me believe EA App thinks it's displaying a code redeem dialog, but isn't actually showing it to the user. Pressing ESC key dismisses non existing code redeeming dialog and returns you to EA App interface which is now not dimmed anymore.

does not work. I still have the same problem. and redeeming on the website also doesn't work to me.

I have the same problem. I clicked on reedem code and nothing happened. Fix it please, I want to play new Family expansion pack.

Hello! Tried everything as well, still doesn't work. Just EA doing their thing, I guess. :D That is why I prefer Steam or GOG.

the same issue here,i had to redeem my code through EA.com website from official windows app it does not work.
