I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your controller while playing the games on the EA app. I see that you mentioned that after some troubleshooting steps, the EA app is not working anymore. So the first thing we need to do here is make sure the EA app is working again. What error message do you see when you try to launch the EA app? Or are you able to launch the EA app but cannot launch the games?
