Some games in EA Play from Game Pass Ultimate having issues downloading

I have EA Play by virtue of my Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Tried installing Titanfall 2 which is included under EA Play. I can neither download it nor add it to library. Getting error. Attaching screenshot for reference. If anyone else has faced this and managed to resolve, please advise. Much appreciated. 

Note: Seems to affect only some titles. Can download recent games just fine. Like FC and Wild Hearts, etc. Also, that error pop up shows up twice. I need to close it two times. Not sure if it helps in any way.
