The EA app doesn't launch the Sims 4 game.
On March 23rd my EA app stopped working. It no longer launches the Sims 4. I get a " It seems things are taking longer than usual connecting to the game, hang tight while we try to solve the problem," I get that message every day, What is the problem? How can I get to play my game again? Recently a pop up came asking to confirm my e-mail and i clicked confirm and then I notice that I had to enter my e-mail again. If it helps my e-mail is [edit: email address removed]. Please help me start the game again. The app opens to the Game store offering all of the games. It shows that I own the Sims 4 and that's it, I don't get the thumbnail to click start to launch the game.

Let's try clearing the cache in the EA app to resolve this error message and get your game library loaded for you again.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please attach a screenshot to your post of what you're seeing when you load into the app.
