I just noticed that my Sims 4 hours have been reset, and I'm really upset. I haven't seen enough mentions of this! Why did this happen? Is it fixable?

Usually in cases like this (or with missing packs), it seems to be an issue where people are logging into the wrong account. 🙂 Just to check, is anything missing from your EA games library? Expansion packs, other games, etc.?
No, nothing is missing as far as I can tell. I'm in the correct account, but for some reason the hours on my game reset as if I had just recently started to play.

Hmmm, if you're not missing anything else, then it's a good question where that playtime went. Could you try clearing the EA app cache, just in case there are files in there that could be causing issues?
