If you haven't already, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Delete any remaining installation files:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop
C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop
- Make sure your Windows OS is up to date
- Restart your PC (clean boot)
- Temporarily disable your antivirus or Windows Defender
- Download the EA App installer from the official website
- Run the EA App installer as administrator
- Install the app using the default path (C: drive, not an external drive!)
