- @souravissme I have the same problem. Started appearing after updating Windows
Same problem but with Command and Conquer Remastered. Just updated Windows and I get the same error message.
says this for me too
Please fix this i dont want to install 2 games of 100 gb again!!
Same problem but with Mass Effect. This started happening immediately after upgrading to Windows 11. Completely unable to access my game now and it wants me to re-download the game even though I can still see all the game files on my drive.
Same here with BF1 and BF2042
I have this problem as well. Chatted with EA support today and they just told me to follow the Fifa twitter account for resolution. At least it was better than yesterday when I was told to instead just pay full price for the game through Origin instead despite the active Game Pass subscription.
For what it's worth I've tried processes suggested elsewhere including:
1. Running App Recovery2. Uninstalling EA
3. Uninstalling Origin
4. Uninstalling Xbox
5. Launched from file system
6. Changing UAC to the most permissive
7. Restarted my computer
I've done all of these in various combinations multiple times with no solution.
Same with Battlefield 5 - using xbox login..
