Bought EA games on Steam, but they don't appear in my EA app, accounts linked

I’ve tried everything, even asking AI for solutions and trying all the suggestions, but none worked. I tried logging in with Google and Steam, but neither worked. What normally works doesn’t seem to anymore, and I have no idea why. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, but that didn’t help either. I tried logging in from my friend's computer, and it worked there, but still doesn’t work on mine.
