@EA_Leeuw Hello, i have the same issue EA Play asks me to re download the game that is already installed. When i manually run the game from the folder the application gives another error that says '' this title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or resart the app to try it again''. When i try to download the game there is an another arror that says '' There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing FIFA 21. Restart your PC and try again.'' I also tried to re-install the EA play application but that did not work. I have tried all of these ''https://help.ea.com/ar-sa/help/ea/ea-desktop/troubleshoot-game-download-install-load-issues/'' methods and none of them worked.

Hello! My issue was fixed during a live support chat. They asked me to try downloading a free to play game. Just download any free game on EA dekstop app (like apex legends), then cancel download and try installing other games. It fixed my problem! Hope it helps.
Found this on another forum and it works. Hopefully EA will fix there stuff though.
Please see my reply for the fix. 🙂
- @Longstriderobinn I also have enough space for re-installing my games.
I have the same issue too.. may be worse
I had installed It Takes Two via XBOX app (I have XBOX Gamepass Ultimate subscription by the way and for EA Games, it must be installed through EA launcher)
Several weeks ago I could play the game without any problem, I haven't played the game for a while until tonight I wanted to play the game again, but ALAS! The game that I had installed didn't show up on either XBOX app or EA Launcher installed game list, but when I browsed for the game in the folder, the game was there.
Both XBOX app and EA Launcher tell me to install the game. Then I tried to install the game, and VIOLA!! I get the same notice.
I can't installed the game! I thought that it was because I actually had installed the game and the app clashed with it, but it turned out that it is not the problem! have tried to uninstall both the game and EA Launcher then I redownloaded EA launcher and tried to install the game again but the problem still exists. This dang EA launcher still gives me this dang notice!
I can't install the game to the other partitions because they running out of space... sad

@EA_LeeuwHow to post the error report?
@Budgie7455880, please take a look at https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-desktop/run-error-report/. It's about the Error Report ID.
I was having issues as everyone else has stated before. I was able to get into my games again by logging out of the EA BETA app then logging in with my EA ID vs a linked XBox account.
