I dont know who's unless but EA needs to stop using AI for issues. I've made countless request and chatted with a dumb Ai bot for the past 30 mins. All I need is for the unknown steam account (morrisfrances871) to removed from my EA account.

The AI bot needs to gather some details, but you should get prompted to start a chat once it has everything. You may need to click on the link to the article it suggests though.
