Hi! thank you for the quick reply, i cannot do that or anything on my end because i have zero access to the email needed to verify it. i only have an i guess illusion of access by clicking manage in my EA page when i open the sims 4. I have visual proof of the link to my Steam Account.

Hi, are you referring to the chatbot that shows up after you click the Contact Us button? If so, that’s a newer feature on the EA Help site. It is mainly there to collect players’ details first, so the case can be routed properly. It’s meant to gather the information an advisor would usually ask for upfront and help reduce back-and-forth. After that, you should normally see a Chat with us option.
