Account ban with no penalty entry to appeal

I am out of options. 

EA help site gives only one option for me, to open a case on ban appeal. This only allows appealing game specific bans, which i have none of. When trying to submit a random ban appeal, the site will not accept the submission (i can click submit, but nothing happens). I presume you are unable to appeal a ban you do not possess.

There are no support email, phone number or live chat to contact. I am dum founded. 

My account was banned post a compromised email. The hijacker gained access to a bunch of affiliate accounts of mine, the ea account included. After recovery (which went smoothly with a live chat bot) my account received an account ban. I was never informed for what reason, and no penalty history entries appeared. I had multiple games on the account which are now lost, and EA is impossible to communicate with.  

What can i do ?? Its quite frustrating.
