Yeah this entire situation is ridiculous. I've been seeing people say they've had to make a new PSN account. Forget that, I'm not getting rid of a 10+ year PSN account just to play a single game. EA is out of their minds even suggesting that. If EA can't unlink an old account from my PSN then I'm just not going to play any EA games moving forward. I know all the login information for my EA account but It doesn't matter because EA decided to change my email to "disabled.ea.com" which makes it impossible to access. I hope EA learns from this or they will just drive a huge amount of players right back to Call of Duty. We shouldn't have to deal with this nonsense. There are already thousands of people returning Battlefield 6 because they can't access their accounts. The fact that we can spend so much money on a video game just to be told we can't use it because of some dumb EA account linking failure is wild and EA should be embarrassed that in 2025 they still haven't figured out how to deliver a good customer experience.
