I am sorry to hear about the poor experience you had with customer support. Having one advisor leave mid-conversation and another fail to help is extremely frustrating, especially when you are already dealing with the stress of a locked account.

Unfortunately, we can’t review the evidence behind the account action or escalate an individual appeal here on the forums.

To help explain why you are seeing a lock with no active penalties: if an account is locked for security reasons (such as suspicious login activity or a potential compromise) rather than a formal Terms of Service violation, it will not appear in your Penalty History. This is why you don't see an option to dispute a penalty there.
