So, I'm trying to connect my new email to my old account because the old email was hacked and i can't get into it. I'm hoping someone from EA can reach out and help me out. Also, the account I'm on now is attached to my Xbox account and it won't let me connect. Thanks
I waited about 12 hours with the same issue and somebody apparently viewed my case and closed it, further attempts to reopen the case prompted me with a message saying support cant help and i should refer to the forums. its crazy.
wow you figure with a huge company there would be alot of help instead of just going to the forums and finding out your screwed with the account what a world
Having this same issue with my PSN. I keep having tickets deleted. I just want the PSN unlinked and I will relink it. Everyone else I asked did this in 20 min. What a world when Ubisoft has better service than EA.
