Apex Legends Lagging

Hi, I have a mid range laptop and i was able to run apex legends on high settings for the longest time. seems like after the recent updates i cant even tun the game on low and idk why. i did everything i could to fix this but to no results, i even wiped my laptop's memory thinking that freeing things up would help, but nothing did (stats: i7 12  gen with nvidia 3060 and 16 gigs of ram)
