BF 6 error code 1:86001s:51009s:1146833213o:1073807360q

I’m currently having trouble accessing Battlefield 6’s online services. I was able to play early yesterday, but not since last night. I also believe I had a similar issue during the open beta as well as when I tried BF2042.

I included the error code from BF6 in the title so people can find it easier, but I have a feeling it’s an EA account issue.

After doing some research with the error code, which says it’s an unknown error, others believe that it is caused by an authentication issue with the EA account, specifically when there are somehow two EA IDs showing for the same account.

On the forums (forums.ea.com), support pages (help.ea.com), and the EA desktop app it shows my current EA ID. However when I go to the account management page (myaccount.ea.com) it shows a much older EA ID. I think this discrepancy causes an issue when logging into some EA titles. 

I have talked to a support agent. I’m not 100% convinced they understand my issue, but they said they would forward it as a bug report. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Have you had any success resolving it?
